Integrity Building Materials supplies the whole build from one account: decking and cladding, timber and LVLs, doors and hardware, plasterboard and insulation. Most of what we supply goes to residential and commercial builders, along with homeowners and self-builders.

Andy spent a quarter of a century in building supply before starting Integrity: six years running a region for JP Corry, one of Northern Ireland's largest merchants, then business development roles with Perth suppliers after moving to WA. He has seen what gets specified, what gets substituted, and what comes back as a problem six months after the job is signed off.
Integrity was set up in 2026 on a simpler idea: supply the right materials, and be reachable when something needs sorting. There's no showroom and no sales floor. What you get instead is the person who priced the job on the other end of the phone. The business supplies across Perth and Western Australia, with a sister operation in Queensland, though WA is where the work is.
Trust, integrity, knowledge and expertise. Four words the business was named after, and the standard every order is held to.

Whole-of-house supply for residential and commercial projects. Decking and cladding, timber and LVLs, doors and hardware, plasterboard and stud, insulation, brickies sundries. Priced by the job, delivered to programme.
For homeowners and self-builders
Composite decking and cladding supplied direct, the same range and the same advice a builder gets, with the matching joists, trims and fixings on the same order. Not fitting it yourself? We link you in with install teams we work with.
For everyone
A straight answer. If timber suits your job better than composite, or a lower-spec board will do the same job, you'll hear it before you spend. That is the whole reason the business is called what it is.
